Each Monday, we share a project that relates to being a Christian woman and living out our Titus 2 roles in real life. For more information about this feature, click here.
This week’s project is:
start a new tradition! The Christmas season always leaves me desiring to create meaningful memories for those I love. Many memories that stick are surrounded around traditions.
Therefore, we have a great opportunity to send messages that sink into our loved ones hearts through our traditions.
What traditions are familiar in your family? What Christ-centered traditions could you start?
I love Noel Piper‘s book Treasuring God in our Traditions (You can get a FREE PDF of it here). It has lots of ideas for traditions! You can also find some ideas in our first issue of Kaleo.
May your home, celebrations, and traditions point to Christ! The true meaning for the season!
Are you going to complete this week’s challenge? If so, add a link to your blog below:
Lord, may our families be focused on You this Christmas season. May we lay aside all the worldly and meaningless celebration and focus on Your promised coming and Your Promise to one day return. Lord, You are our Prophet, Priest, and King. May we shine Your light in all we do this Christmas season, especially with our traditions. Amen.
