So often the root of every little thing that causes me stress during the day is fear. And fear, precious friend, reveals an area of our lives where we’re not trusting God.
When something worries you this week, ask “Do I trust you, Father, with this?” He promises us His perfect peace and steadfast minds when we choose to trust Him with every little thing — and every big thing — in our lives.
Try it. Try Him. He won’t let you down!
You will keep in perfect peace
those whose minds are steadfast,
because they trust in you.
Trust in the Lord forever,
for the Lord, the Lord himself
is the Rock eternalIsaiah 26:3-4
Marinade your mind in these words this week. See how He takes your worries and, in exchange, give you His peace. Now that’s one life-changing trade!

Simple and so on point. I know I should not have fear but sometimes things happen through the day that let fear creep inside. At those times I always repeat out load “I will have no fear because God is with me”. After a few repeats I feel complete peace come over me.
Maria, it’s so easy to let fear creep in isn’t it? Guarding our hearts is never-ending work! So glad you’re mastering claiming His peace over your fear
I think this was straight from God today. I am having a medical procedure tomorrow that I am very worried about and have been battling anxiety since Friday. Peace came over me upon reading this and I realized I wasn’t trusting God with this outcome (even though I thought I was). Thank you so much Joy!
Oh, Brenda…isn’t God sweet in His perfect timing?!? Praying for His perfect peace to envelop you tomorrow. Guidance and wisdom for the doctors, and a speedy and full recovery…in Jesus name!
Love this, Joy….thanks for sharing. As Maria said, it is simple and so on point!!!
You’re so welcome, Jackie. Blessings to you!!
