“God…who are You & what can You do for me?” Session 5 study guide download
Happy Monday ladies!! Welcome to At the Well…In Pursuit of Titus 2. For those of you who are returning from our study last week…I’m so glad you’re back. For those of you who are new this week…I’m thrilled you’re here; come on and jump right in, it’s never too late to join us. I am beyond excited to join you in this journey as we open up the pages of Scripture and unearth new truths about who God is and what He can do for us.
Can you believe we are over halfway through our study? Where o’ where is the time going? I pray that you are coming to know God more and more as the weeks go by. And, I pray that you are allowing Him to do a mighty work in your life. Keep pressing on, dear one, keep pressing on.
As always, please know that I am available to you at any time to answer any questions you might have, pray for you, lend a listening ear, or whatever else you may be in need of…my door is always open to you.
Ladies from all over the world have joined us in gathering around the Well to learn more about who God is. There are ladies from Tennessee, Washington, Connecticut, Ohio, North Carolina, Missouri, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, the United Kingdom, Canada, New York, Mexico, the Midwest, the Northwest, Maryland, Georgia, Pennsylvania, the University of Mobile, Kansas and our newest location…South Africa. Welcome to each and everyone of you!!!!! (If your state isn’t listed, please let me know where you are from.)
Let’s run through a few things before we get started today shall we?
1. A few of you have asked me if I’m on Facebook. Yes I am and I would love to connect with you there. You can find me at www.facebook.com/jenifer.jernigan . Some of you have also asked about my personal ministry site. You can find me most days at By His Grace Ministry. I would love for you to join me there as we learn and grow together in Christ.
2. Above you will notice a link, written in green, that says, “God…who are You & what can You do for me? Session 5 study guide download.” You will need to go to this link and download the study so that you are able to complete your homework for week 5. You will also need the session 5 fill-in-the-blank guide while you view today’s video.
***Please DO NOT let the word “homework” scare you. If you are unable to complete the homework each week, that is ok! But, please do come by every Monday and take part in our discussions. We don’t want you to miss out on anything.
3. At the bottom of this post you will notice MckLinky there waiting for you to add your name to his list. To him you will add your name and a link to your blog answering today’s discussion question(s). If you don’t have a blog, you can leave your answer to the discussion question(s) in the comment section or send it to me by email. **Please note** You do not have to have a blog to join in this study. It is open to everyone!!
4. Each Monday there will be a video here for you to view. This video will prepare you for that week’s homework as well as answer questions you might have emailed me or discussing in more depth comments that have been made in regards to the previous week’s homework. What I need you to do is this…if you have questions you’d like me to answer or thoughts you’d like me to expound on, email me by Friday of each week and I will do my very best to address the questions and comments that are received. If your question/ comment is addressed on the video, please know that I will NOT use anyone’s name. You can send all questions/ comments to me here.
Today’s Discussion Question:
How have you dealt with your “wounds” up until now?
Have these “wounds” become a part of who you are?
Do you desperately want to get rid of them?
**Prepare your heart to accept God’s gift of healing for you this week. I am believin’ Jehovah Rapha for a victory in each and everyone of your lives.
This week you may be faced with some very tough things. I want to encourage you to talk with a trusted mentor, pastor or friend who can give you solid Biblical counsel as you work through some of these very difficult and painful feelings. Don’t try to go this alone. Allow God to see you through.
Today I leave you with your “Healer”.
Much love to all of you!! May our God be praised today…for He is worthy!!!
