Righteous In God’s Eyes

Can you imagine being found righteous in God’s eyes?

It’s hard enough after the Jesus died for us, but before he died for us?  Wow.  Noah musta been one amazing man.

I’m not going to give you the answers today, I want you to dig into the word and tell me:

  • What made him righteous in God’s eyes?
  • How can we become righteous?

God Bless!

I think to be righteous we just need to trust and obey. Sounds simplier than it is, but I think that is our calling.

from Genesis 6:9 “Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked with God.”

Walking with God is key. If Noah needed to do it, we certainly do. This passage inspires me, because his generation didn’t walk with God and was corrupt, but Noah stayed focused and still did.

    Hi Deb,

Great post. Trying to live up to the Proverbs 31 Woman is quite a calling and a challenge. I fail at it too.

And as far as the ministry “hats” go … I’ve been there and done that. I was the Prayer Coordinator, a lay pastor, sang in the worship band, sang in the choir, and taught SS. CRAZY I tell you. I’ll never do that to myself and my family again.

    Balance. That is the key.

Thank you for sharing your heart with us.

    Love!
    Beth
